It
is with great pleasure that I would like to introduce you to our newest
staff member, Ryan.
Ryan is a recently adopted
chocolate Lab mix who challenges us, provides us inspiration and is always ready
to both give and receive unconditional love.
He has taken on such important business tasks as keeping us fit (insisting on a
mile walk each morning), expanding our minds (what
exactly is he SEEING on the Ceiling?), increasing our viewing delights (where is
that DVD with the "Dog Whisperer" episodes?),
and, of course, making sure our days are enormously entertaining.
Alas, not much is known about Ryan's background. He was dumped out in a
rural town in West Virginia where a kind man cared for him in hopes that his
owner would show up and reclaim him. When that didn't happen, and colder
weather was in the forecast, the man turned him over to a local animal shelter.
Later, a golden retriever rescue, who wasn't overwhelmed with Goldens at the
time, took him in to help out the over crowded shelter. Today, we don't really
care about
Ryan's background. His future is bright . . . and so is he!
